Whimsicott sucks. While it may be good in theory, almost every single grass type and magic guard user walls this thing. Ferrothorn can gyro ball and break it's subs and if it encores, it will allow ferrothorn to set up more layers of spikes, or it dies to a gyro ball. There is literally no reason to use this over thundorus-I, saybleye and tornadus-i outside of leech seed and encore. AT BEST, it is a D-rank pokemon. Also, Shaymin-s is a better sub seeder because of it's better bulk and special attack.
