Actually, SS, Pain Split costs 6+(88-10)/3 = 32 energy, which is the exact amount that Jellicent has. Also, Comp - Growth is a Grass STAB on Budew. If you want to force a reorder, though, I'll comply. SS cannot claim until Comp decides not to reorder, for the sake of fairness.
