The Lati twins do look like birds in some ways but when I asked several players, they said nope, Latias doesn't look like one. They are fast has feathers and yeah wings too, maybe I should reconsider them. Sadly, they are not flying-types :[
Rayquaza cannot setup on anyone, so I am ok with that, Archeops can beat those SD versions since I am faster and resists Extremespeed. Shaymin-S revenges Dragon Dance variants but they usually cannot setup on birds anyway.

Yeah Rock Arceus pretty much walls all the birds :[ not much I can do about it, Melee Mewtwo.
