The RNG Legendary/Uber Pokémon section

Timid Shaymin: 31/30/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70)
EV#1: none
EV#2: 252 sp.atk/speed, 6 HP (level 50!)
OT = TRU(02089) AR cloned
- Earth Power
- Substitute
- Aromatherapy
- Seed Flare
Notes: TRU Shaymin wondercard existed in my diamond game for 5 months as I successfully got the flawless HP-Ice spread with the most desired timid nature. Since there are multiple EV possibilities with shaymin, I shall assume you want the untrained version unless otherwise specified.

Bold Shaymin: 31/14/31/30/31/30 HP-Fire(70) OT = TRU(02089) AR cloned
Modest Shaymin: 31/26/31/30/31/30 HP-Fire(70) OT = smogon*(43108) AR cloned
EV: none
- Earth Power

Bold/Modest/Timid Celebi: 31/30/31/30/31/30 HP-Fire(70)
Bold/Modest/Timid/Calm/Hasty/Naive Celebi: 31/30/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70)
Bold/Modest/Timid/Calm/Jolly/Hasty/Naive Celebi: 31/31/31/31/31/31
OT/ID: WIN2011(02211) AR cloned
Pokémon Event
Apparently had a fateful encounter at Lv. 50
Notes: only the timid/fire (HG), modest/fire (SS), jolly/flawless (Pt), bold/flawless (P), calm/flawless (D) & Naive/flawless (Pt) came from retail carts for those that really care.

Jolly/Impish/Careful/Adamant Jirachi: 31/31/31/31/31/31
Timid/Bold/Modest/Calm Jirachi: 31/31/31/31/31/31
Hasty/Naive Jirachi: 31/31/31/31/31/31
Timid Jirachi: 31/2/31/30/30/31 HP-Ground(70)
Hasty Jirachi: 31/31/31/30/30/31 HP-Ground(70)
Bold Jirachi: 31/30/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70)
OT = GAMESTP(02270) AR cloned
- Draco Meteor
Note: certain physical or mixed natures may have tutored moves such as iron head, ice punch and/or fire punch already.

Timid Jirachi: 31/2/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70)
Timid Jirachi: 31/2/30/30/30/30 HP-Fighting(70)
Timid Jirachi: 31/2/31/30/31/30 HP-Fire(70)
OT = SMR2010(06260) AR cloned
- Draco Meteor

Rash Female Heatran: 31/30/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70) OT = ExpEvan (45756) AR cloned
Naive Female Heatran: 31/31/31/30/31/31 HP-Electric(70) OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
Naive Male Heatran: 30/31/31/30/31/31 HP-Grass(70) OT = smogon*(43108) AR cloned
Timid Female Heatran: 30 /31/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70) OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned
EV#1: none (level 50!)
EV#2: 252 sp.atk/speed, 6 HP (level 50 rash & timid versions only)
EV#3: 252 sp.atk/speed, 6 attack (level 50 naive versions only)
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power
- Earth Power
- Explosion
Notes: The Rash Heatran was my first successful usage of the RNG abuse as it took a full week before I successfully caught this one. Rash Nature makes this one an ideal choice scarfer and at level 50 making it eligible for Video Game Showdown. Naive version makes it more versatile, and timid to better outspeed some things.

Here's a list of all the vids I took...
  • Round 1 38-43201-75415 (me beating Syrex ;D lost 1/2)

  • Round 3 13-19664-87094 (me beating Mano ;D lost 1/2)
  • Round 4A 66-52221-00776 (me being beat by Marcel XD lost 0/2)

  • Round 5 69-36127-38910 (me beating NestW won 2/1)

Hasty Palkia: 31/31/30/31/31/31
EV#1: none
EV#2: 4 attack, 252 sp.atk/speed
OT = ExpEvan(45756) AR cloned
- Spacial Rend
- Thunder
- Outrage
- Aqua Tail
Notes: RNG abuse continued with a pokemon that took numerous journal taps to get with little margin of error to spare as it comes in a net ball at level 70.

Jolly Palkia: 31/31/31/24/31/31
EV#1: none (Level 70!)
EV#2: 252 attack/speed, 6 HP (Level 70!)
OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned
- Outrage
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
Notes: Ideal for either the physical choice or the bulk up set as this replaces the one I had before with 30 in special defense. If looking for one with 30 in hp, check out darknite's jolly palkia. This one was caught in a dive ball at level 70.

Timid Dialga: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EV: none
OT = ExpEvan(45756) AR cloned
- Roar of Time
- Heal Block
- Earth Power
- Slash
Notes: RNG for perfect flawless, like rotom, as this one comes in a timer ball at level 70.

Careful Dialga: 31/31/31/7/31/31
EV#1: none
EV#2: 252 hp/sp.def, 6 attack
OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
- Bulk Up (EV Trained only)
- Dragon Claw
- Rest (EV Trained only)
- Sleep Talk (EV Trained only)
Notes: The ideal for Bulk Up with rest/talk to deal with likes of a dark void darkrai as it comes in a timer ball and was EV trained by NestW.

Adamant Giratina: 31/31/31/17/31/31
EV: none
OT = Gouki(43245) AR cloned
- Shadow Force
- Heal Block
- Slash
- Earth Power
Notes: I wasn't terribly satisfied with my other adamant giratina having less than perfect stats, so I used the RNG method in diamond version as this one was caught in a dusk ball at level 70. With Griseous Orb this transforms into its origin form.

Bold Giratina: 31/16/31/31/31/31
EV: none
OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
- Ominous Wind
- AncientPower
- Dragon Claw
- Shadow Force
Notes: Meant as either the Great Wall or a Calm Minder and was caught in a dusk ball.

#4: Modest Zapdos: 31/2/31/30/31/31 HP-Grass(70) OT = Gouki(43245) AR cloned
EV: none
- Hidden Power
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Roost
Notes: This Timid/Ice version almost never happened as I needed to defeat this legend first after I RNG'd for articuno originally.

Modest Moltres: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EV#1: None
OT: smogon*(43108) AR cloned
Nov. 23, 2009
Fuego Ironworks
Met at Lv. 60.

Modest Moltres: 31/10/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70)
EV: None
OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned
- Flamethrower
- Air Slash
- Fire Blast
- HP-Ice(70)

Calm Articuno: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EV#1: none
EV#2: 252 HP, 96 Defense, 66 Sp.atk, 96 Sp.Def
OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
- Agility
- Ice Beam
- Reflect
- Roost
Notes: calm nature, hex flawless. Why 31 in attack? Because one analysis mentioned use of physical u-turn. EV trained version is now available courtesy of ZaChAttAcK101.

#1: Modest Articuno: 31/31/31/30/30/31 HP-Ground(70) OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned
#2: Modest Articuno: 31/31/30/30/31/31 HP-Grass(70) OT = smogon*(43108) AR cloned
EV: none
- Agility
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power
- Roost
Notes: agility set comes as either with HP- Ground or HP-Grass depending on your foes. 31 in attack in case u-turn or ice shard is desired in place.

Naive Azelf: 31/30/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70)
EV: none
OT = Gouki(43245) AR cloned
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Flamethrower
- Explosion
Notes: Without the master ball, azelf is one of the tougher ones to catch, this time using an ultra ball. At level 50 and EV training through minimal experience, it can be a powerhouse in VGC matches.

Timid Azelf: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EV#1: none
EV#2: 252 sp.atk/speed, 6 HP (Level 50!)
OT = ExpEvan(45756) AR cloned
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Flamethrower
- Grass Knot
Notes: Intriguing that wild platinum azelf uses swift instead of confusion. Once again this was caught in an ultra ball and available at level 50. Normally traded out as untrained so please specifiy whether you want the EV'd version as it only took me less than 1000 exp points to EV train it.

Jolly Azelf: 31/31/31/24/31/31
EV: none
OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned
- U-turn
- Explosion
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice Punch
Notes: meant to be a physical sweeper or for dual screen support. caught another jolly azelf after realizing there was a quint-flawless spread available after all.

Timid Mesprit: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EV: none
OT = ExpEvan(45756) AR cloned
- Swift
- Lucky Chant
- Future Sight
- Charm
Notes: This has to be my hardest catch to date as I used smeargle to mean-look, stun spore then baton pass to my level 100 false swiping gallade. It took well over 50 balls until I finally had to use a timer ball with it.

#1: Modest Mesprit: 31/31/31/31/31/31 OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
#2: Timid Mesprit: 31/30/30/30/30/30 HP-Fighting(70) OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned

#1: Bold Female Cresselia: 31/16/31/31/31/31 OT = Gouki(43245) AR cloned
#2: Calm Female Cresselia: 31/31/31/31/31/31 OT = ExpEvan(45756) AR cloned
#3: Timid Female Cresselia: 31/3/30/30/30/30 HP-Fighting(70) OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
#4: Bold Female Cresselia: 31/19/31/30/30/31 HP-Ground(70) OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned

Calm Regice: 31/31/31/31/31/31
EV: none
OT = ExpEvan(45756) AR cloned
- Curse
- Super Power
- Icy Wind
- Stomp
Notes: Calm Regice could possibly use that 31 in attack for an unexpected explosion, otherwise use as a calm standard. Since this was just 4 turns away from struggling, it was miraculously caught in a timer ball as regi pokemon certain instantly break any ball that is not a master ball.

Calm Regice: 31/7/30/30/31/30 HP-Fire(70)
EV: none
OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
- Curse
- Super Power
- Icy Wind
- Stomp
Notes: Calm Regice in a quick ball has HP-Fire(70) with this IV spread

Calm Regice: 31/7/31/30/30/31 HP-Ground(70)
EV: none
OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned

Adamant Regigigas: 31/31/30/31/30/31
EV#1: none
EV#2: 252 HP/Attack, 6 Defense (Level 5!)
OT = ExpEvan(45756) AR cloned
- Confuse Ray
- Return
- Earthquake
- Dizzy Punch
Notes: Adamant regigigas is at level 1 and comes in a nest ball. Why a flawless IV in special attack? in case you want to teach it thunder according to one of Smogon's analysis on a choice band regigigas.

Impish Regigigas: 31/31/31/1/31/31
EV: none
OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
- Confuse Ray
- Return
- Earthquake
- Dizzy Punch
Notes: Impish regigigas is at level 1 and comes in a nest ball.

Modest Regigigas: 31/10/30/31/31/31 HP-Ice(70)
EV#1: none
EV#2: 252 HP/Sp.atk, 6 Speed
OT = smogon(05637) AR cloned
- Focus Blast

Snowpoint Temple
Met at Lv. 1.

Adamant Regirock: 31/31/31/17/31/31
EV#1: none
EV#2: 252 attack/speed, 6 HP (Level 30!)
OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Explosion
Notes: I hope I never have to catch another regirock for a long long time as this one broke about 100 ultra balls even after it was at 1 HP and put to sleep many many times. With high attack & defense, STAB & explosion, this is a beast to have to face.

Impish Registeel: 31/31/31/1/31/31

OT = GOAT.EE(48394) AR cloned
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Explosion (EV'd version only)
- Stealth Rock (EV'd version only)
Notes: Unlike the struggles I had catching regirock, I luckily had a contrastly easier time with registeel on just a few ultra balls thrown out. This can be used as an OU Tank according to Smogon analysis.
