(Gen 2) Rate My Random Team

My first serious party, and my first time posting here for a rating... please be as harsh and criticizing as possible!

Skarmory @Leftovers
Steel Wing
Drill Peck
Whirlwind
??? (I don't really like Toxic..., maybe Protect for Leftovers?)

Skarmory is a pseudohazer/physical-tank of sorts

Sneasel @Nevermeltice (It needs a lot of help with special attack)
Ice Beam (for accuracy)
Shadow Ball
Reflect (Counter?)
??? (Slash? I don't think I need any more offensive skills...)

Mostly for reflect and just cuz Sneasel is cool (cooler than Weavile)

Espeon @Leftovers
Psychic
Morning Sun
Bite
Charm (Espeon's DEF seems as bad as Blissey's... and I can't get Reflect on it)

I just like Espeon, okay?

Umbreon @Leftovers
Faint Attack (I can only have Shadow Ball on either Sneasel or Umbreon, not both)
Mean Look
Confuse Ray
Toxic?

I don't like using up my TMs in case I need them later, so what can go over Toxic?

Piloswine @Soft Sand
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Body Slam (Paralysis FTW!)
Amnesia?

Last move?

As you may have noticed, my party is composed of pairs of sorts. So what should my last poke be? It should be like Piloswine, maybe due to it being a second stage, and I feel like it should be a special tank, but not Blissey. I've also noticed that I have a fire weakness... what should I do!?

NOTE: I can't trade and I prefer not to use too many TMs, so yeah...

If you don't like blissey, you can always go snorlax.

Skarmory: Skarmory is G/S/C, was ment as a Psuedo hazer, and once spikes are dropped to put Toxic down to. Also a Physical wall. Drill Peck, and Steel Wing are fine. But you might want Rest in there. and Toxic, if it can learn Whirlwind keep that, otherwise put Roar.

Sneasel: Looks so cool, too bad it's typing is bad. it has a horrible special attack, so no Ice beam. Shadow Ball and Dynamic Punch cover each other. Counter is good for a one time thing, but that's it. he can really only survive non-stabbed moves. Reflect for increasing it's defense. You can also use Return, Iron Tail, and Screech.

Espeon: Fine. Zap-Cannon is fun for water types and paralysis, despite it's accuracy.

Umbreon: That is the old school standard, you can use that. He's good as a Baton Pass passer too. Keep that.

Piloswine: Honestly, I love this thing, but it has too many weaknesses, to slow, and many things OHKO it. I don't think it can really use Amnesia, correctly, maybe Sleep Talk, Rest, Earthquake, Blizzard.

If you have a Fire Weakness, use a Water Pokemon, Suicune, Starmie, Lapras, Blastoise can work too.
