Alright, I used to run nothing but raindance, and it worked, getting me into the top 50 on the suspect ladder, but I have since fallen out, mostly due to the inconsistency of the team. Therefore I have shifted my focus to a more precise consistent team, and here is what I've come up with.
Zapdos@leftovers Abilty:Pressure EVs: 4HP, 252 spatk, 252 spd Modest U-Turn Thunderbolt Hidden Power Ice Sleep Talk My anti lead, handles azelf, aero, yanmega, and bronzong, pokemon that can give this team trouble. It also hits very hard hard and can come back late game to use that impressive strength. Suicune@leftovers Ability:Pressure EVs: 24HP 232spd, 252 spatk Timid Calm Mind Ice Beam Surf Hidden Power Electric No one really expects an offensive Suicune, and as such are not prepared. The extra speed helps, plus after a calm mind or two it will be going though pokemon easily. Sceptile@Expert Belt Abilty: Overgrow EVs: 252atk, 252spd, 4hp Jolly Swords Dance Leaf Blade Earthquake Rock Slide Sceptile is a very good physical sweeper late game, usually being able to set up a swords dance, mostly because no one expects a physical set on sceptile. Leaf Blade is for STAB, and earthquake for coverage. I have tpunch for gyrados, but I could switch it if good suggestions are made. Gengar@Expert Belt Ability: Levitate EV: 252 sp.atk, 252 spd, 4hp Hasty Hypnosis Substitute Shadow Ball Focus Punch This is imo the most dangerous gengar set, sleeping a poke, then setting up a sub. Not much resist the shadow ball/focus ball combo. This gengar can easily take out blissey, which causes problems for this team. Tyranitar@Life Orb Ability: Sand Stream EVs: 252 atk, 252 spd, 4 hp Jolly Ddance Crunch Earthquake Ice Beam The late game sweeper. Very powerful, and after two ddances, outspeed everything without a scarf. Crunch/earthquake is for good coverage, while the ice beam is for gliscor. Bronzong@Lum Berry Relaxed EVs: 252 hp, 152 atk, 104 defense Levitate Gyro Ball Earthquake Stealth Rock Explosion Add a good defensive wall to the team, can take care of the ddacning dragons(gyro ball destroys them). Also stealth rock is there for support, and explosion as a a last ditch attack. I put so many evs into attack since I kept getting beat out by tyranitar, but with these gyro ball is a close ohko. All in all, this team seems very solid, being able to hit hard from every pokemon, but providing good defensive type coverage. but I'm undecided on the last slot. I was thinking of going defensive, perhaps a stealth rock user. But I want something that fits well with the team. Metagross maybe? All suggestions are welcome. Just looking, you dont have a status absprber so ill give a few options.
Bronzong @ Leftovers/Life Orb/Lum Berry/Macho Brace Levitate 252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / 96 SpD Relaxed - Gyro Ball - Rest - Sleep Talk - Earthquake Life Orb or Macho Brace. Both boost Gyro Ball, but the faster the opponenet is the more macho brace helps. Life orb also helps EQ though. Lum berry because you could rest for full recovery and wake up straight away, and also because people will try to status you out. Lefties is self explanitory: regain health or Machamp @ Leftovers Guts/No Guard 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe Adamant - Rest Talk - Sleep - Dynamic Punch/Cross Chop - Stone Edge/Ice Punch 6 Speed outruns 0 speed bliss. Guts will boost things since he is your status sponge. Cross Chop if you use guts, and Dynamic Punsh is you use No Guard. Stone Edge and Ice Punch: Stone Edge hits all that resists fighting, and ice punch kills of all those pesky dragons. or Heracross @ LifeOrb/Leftovers Guts 204 HP / 152 Atk / 152 Spe Adamant - Rest - Sleep Talk - Megahorn/CloseCombat - Stone Edge/CloseCombat Guts kicks in so this is comparible to choiceband powerwise. He also is alot sturdier and can take hits and dish out, which fits in with the theme of your team.CC is there so you Skarm/Zone dont wall you, but it lowers your defense/spc.defense each time its used, so its not going to be as much of a wall. I hope this helps a bit. |

Zapdos is his status absorber.
I suggest placing Roost on Zapdos, and moving some SAtk into HP. To be honest, I see any Yache Berry Dragon with Dragon Dance screwing this team up. You can try something like Gliscor over Sceptile to solve this problem. |

Eh, it might just be me but Sceptile seems a little misplaced here. I understand you trying to go for unpredictability with the timid Suicune, but you need defense not speed. Ditch the speed ev's for Hp ev's and spread the rest between defense and sp.atk. He also needs rest for some healing. Magnezone gives you a bit of trouble, so perhaps using hp ground Zapdos instead of hp ice will help with that. On the topic of Zapdos, you might want to throw roost in there somewhere. On the suspect ladder, Jirachi is a freaking beast. I'd reccomend using Jirachi to replace Sceptile. Jirachi can help with those dragon dancers since they cant OHKO him and he can paralyze with body slam. Celebi could be a safer bet than Jirachi if you plan to counter dragon dancers 100% with thunder wave, but at the cost of wish passing which really aids your Tyranitar and Gengar. In either case, both Celebi and Jirachi get stealth rock which really helps out. You may also want to make that empty slot a rapid spinner, because spike moves are going to rape you.

That Gengar doesn't even 2HKO Blissey with Leftovers factored in. You need EVs in attack. I use 96 EVs, but that's still only a 2KO. I also run explosion over Hypnosis because with those EVs it'll really hurt anything not resisted.

Eh... not many solid counters on your team I've noticed. Jirachi walls your entire team, so it would be a good idea to get yourself a good fire or ground type. As Wayff mentioned, Yache DDers will also easily tear you apart. Remove Sceptile, and get yourself a fire. I would use
Infernape@Life Orb Naive - 252 Spd, 194 Sp Atk, 64 Atk Blaze Flamethrower/Fire Blast Close Combat Grass Knot Hidden Power (Ice) This set counters the Skarmbliss teams and can remove a potential Swampert annoyance. How would Swampert annoy you? he sets up rocks and then just keeps roaring you away to take massive damage. You have Gengar, yes. Though if Swampert is a sleep talking variant, you could easily die and Cune won't even have time to set up. So get yourself an Infernape. This is my suggestion, you don't have to follow it.

alright I decided to add this poke
Bronzong@Lum Berry Relaxed EVs: 252 hp, 152 atk, 104 defense Levitate Gyro Ball Earthquake Stealth Rock Explosion Add a good defensive wall to the team, can take care of the ddacning dragons(gyro ball destroys them). Also stealth rock is there for support, and explosion as a a last ditch attack. I put so many evs into attack since I kept getting beat out by tyranitar, but with these gyro ball is a close ohko. also sceptile does fit in with the team, it takes out bulky waters who stay in expecting a special version, after a swords dance it has great coverage. plus it is very fast, able to outspeed a lot ok pokes and get the ohko after a swords dance. It is rather frail, but most sweepers are. Suicune is fine imo, although it isn't as bulky as most sets, it hits much harder and that extra speed catches most off gaurd.
