Shouldn't Charge Beam be listed in the 'Other Options' section? I know it's highly situational and all that, but it gains a power boost from Technician and has a high chance to raise Sp. Atk (of course) giving it a possible place on non-choiced, CM-less Technician sets (as well as possibly CS).

Just a thought.

It doesn't gain coverage on anything, and only gets the boost ~63% of the time due to it missing, and probably less since a lot of people switch in Ground -types on Stratagem, compared to the 100% chance to boost Special Attack with Calm Mind.
