I've made some designs for Latin America Flag for the World Cup and I would like to share. Other people who wants to post ideas for the flag could post in this thread as well.

I will make a background to the Moltres flag. Do you think that "Latino Heat" would be a good phrase? Or our flag should have no phrase, just the image?

Just a question: Isn't the Caribbean also part of Latin America? Or does it really matter?

Yes, but most of caribean islands are too small for the picture. I'll add Cuba and Jamaica in the final flag. When I made this I vectorized a map and I forgot to put the islands. My mistake.
