Spearow learning FeatherDance as an egg move in HG/SS removes one combination, but adds several more due to a combination that is now legal in the 4th gen, but illegal in the 3rd. The HG/SS Sky Attack move tutor removes some combinations from Xatu's list.

Wild Eep: Doduo now learns Quick Attack as a level-up move, so Haze + Mirror Move + Quick Attack can be removed from your list for Doduo and Dodrio.

Welcome to the Illegal Moveset Workshop, mohaji! However, I spotted a number of issues with the list you provided.

The move tutor + egg move incompatibilities arise only from 3rd-generation-only move tutor and 4th-generation-only egg moves. 4th-generation-bred Pokemon can't be sent back to the 3rd generation to get the 3rd-generation-only move tutors, and 3rd-generation-bred Pokemon can't get 4th-generation-only egg moves. 3rd generation move tutors that are also move tutors in Platinum and HGSS do not have any legality issues (except for tutor moves learnable by only non-fully-evolved Pokemon like Uproar and in some cases Iron Defense).

Swagger, Substitute, Sleep Talk, and Endure are teachable in the 4th generation by TMs, while Snore and Swift are teachable in the 4th generation by Platinum and HG/SS tutors, and Body Slam and Double-Edge are egg moves as well, so these moves shouldn't appear in the illegal lists. Likewise for level-up moves Heat Wave and Crunch.

Lastly, there is a Growlithe in XD that comes with Charm (which it can't learn in any other way).

I apologize for welcoming you with a big list of corrections, but we would like to be as thorough as we can.

Mohaji, you're going to need to be a lot more thorough in your list. Double-edge isn't illegal with all egg moves - just 4th gen-only egg moves. This amounts to just Acupressure and Muddy Water, since Knock Off is also a 4th gen move tutor. Icy Wind is a move tutor in the 4th gen as well as the 3rd gen, so it isn't illegal with anything. You also missed Mimic + 4th gen-only egg move; Mimic is a 3rd-gen only tutor move as well as Double-edge.

Since Tentacool isn't in the Ground egg group (it's in Water 3), it can't breed with Smeargle (who can learn every combination of moves in existence thanks to Sketch, making it the ultimate parent for passing down moves for those in the Ground egg group). This means that you now have to take illegal egg move combinations into account. For instance, Skorupi is the only Pokémon that can learn Acupressure and breed with Tentacool, so any egg move for Tentacool that Skorupi cannot learn is an illegal move combination.

What I found extremely helpful when I first started posting lists of illegal move combinations was the list of ways to get illegal movesets at the top of the first post of this thread. Try using that to help you check for illegal move combinations - it helped me a lot!
