CAP - My Concept

I'm new here, so bear with me... I'm throwing out a random concept here.
I even have him drawn, but I submit that later.

Concept:
A new Eeveelution, Fighting type.

Gatleon (Type 1: Fighting, Type 2: none)

Evolves From Eevee (Holding Black Belt and level up in the day)

Ability 1: Guts (Boosts Attack by 1.5x if there is a status problem, Burn, Paralysis, Sleep, Poison, Frozen). Burn's effect of lowering attack is not applied.
Ability 2: Hustle (Boosts attack 1.5x, but lowers accuracy to 80 %)

Height: 3'11" Weight 53.8 lbs.

Gender Ratio: 87.5 % Male 12.5 % Female

Classification: Combat Pokemon
