Ah, are you using Encoutner Slot 8? I went for a Pineco before to oand used Encounter Slot 8 and a Geodude came up ;__;
Anyways you might be doing your Flips wrong...? Or is Emerald in?

No, they don't. Only "Captured XXXX", or "Defeated XXXX" do.

Hmmm the only thing I can say is you might me at 127 Steps and that one step made you 128 Steps advancing from the Step Counter :/
So instead try Turning once
Other then that yes 71-2=69-1=68/2=34
So 34 Flips + 1 Turn

Ok, do you know what frame you're actually getting, because that might help. The only thing I see that could be problematic in your post is the one step. It's possible that it could roll over the 128 counter and advance the frame by the number of Pokémon in your party, to remedy this, I'd advise turning instead of stepping.

When you hit the seed, are you still getting the same pokemon to appear after doing all the page flips and everything? I mean, is it the same pokemon with the same IVs and everything? If so, figure out what frame it is, and change accordingly. I had that trouble this morning when I went for Lunatone. I don't know why, but my frame changed to even for some reason (I had a runner out, so after SS it would be odd).

Probably a stupid question, but is there pokemon where Heatran is?
So do I need to walk 128 steps to advance the frame? Or turn once?
I just hit my delay so I'd need a quick answer please ^^

There aren't any mons in there Destiny, so 128 steps are needed to advance the RNG.

I just thought I'd ask, I realised my target frame didn't require advancing as I already had a roamer out. But I'll bear that in mind when I RNG abuse the Heatran in my Platinum :D.

Is it possible to RNG a delay of 27?
I was looking for a lower frame and saw one with that delay.

I use the one in the Survival, it only has one NPC that moves :)
And NPC's yes you should worry about them as they will advance your Frame, so if you did hit your Delay and did the right amount of flips and didnt get your desired IV's then either resave because the NPC is moving right after you saved or find out how much it is advancing your Frame and subtract that from your Frame :/

My target frame is 2877, I have 5 roamers still going, and the monster frame will be 2.

The guide is pretty sufficient for this.

If you're wondering how many flips you need... (2877 - 5 - 2) / 2 = 1435 Journal flips. Good luck with that.

I am trying to do some wondercard stuff, and was wondering, without any access to releasing runners, is it possible to get my frame to be an even frame rather than an odd one (way more spreads to use with an even frame!)
