UBER Delcatty (BUG)
There appears to be a bug making delcatty the most powerful pokemon in the game. With the effect normilization delcatty is immune to every single attack in the game, but it cannot use any attacks to hurt other pokemon.

I do believe this is on Shoddy Battle, unless someone else proves me wrong. That means that the bug is highly unlikely to be fixed because everyone is moving onto Pokemon Lab, since it is the successor of Shoddy Battle.
