"Lead"-ing the New Generation!

I think all of the concepts being explored could be explored more efficiently without creating new Pokemon and doing the CAP process, but I don't know if leads will ever truly return to their former glory. With a new (Broken) lead we should be able to understand just what is needed for viable leads in the 'Wifi Clause Hell'.

In this round of voting, no concept received fifty percent or more of the votes. As a result, the concept with the lowest vote total will be eliminated, and there will be an additional round of voting between the two highest vote getters from this round. This means that Momentum and Weather Slayer will face off head to head!
