Because Raikou makes a very excellent anti-Weather pokemon with Weather Ball and Thunder, in my opinion.

As for his Tyranitar, depending on the set it runs, it's not guaranteed to OHKO Raikou with Earthquake.

Battle subway videos. Multi, paired with Hilda and her various attackers. In my Black. My team, Teddi and Shelly. Yes, the same Shelly from my Solo Scramble. And yes, the same Teddi that soloed Cynthia in Diamond and in Black. Two of the battles had Shelly as an Oshawott, the other two had him as a Samurott with Wide Lens. Teddi had Eviolite the whole time. The videos are:

Video 81 97442 88474 is really long, I mean 109 turns? And this is on the subway too! Although it's not mine, it actually was recorded by Japanese. Watch it if you want to see a long stall war against Suicune. Whimsicott proved useful here, even being sacked just for Leech Seed... (Suicune is revealed to be their last Poke on turn 14, after Durant and Rotom-h were taken out.)

Yeah I'm pretty sure o_O. I've been able to download my own videos...
