*NEW WEATHER* - Full Moon, increases power of dark type moves x1.3, lowers accuracy of all moves by 5%, and various other effects like dropping the power of sythesis
*NEW ABILITY* - Battle Sense, first attack against a pokemon with Battle Sense always misses (unless it's a can't miss move)
*NEW MOVE* - Full Moon, like Sunny Day, but creates Full Moon weather
