Rules:
Pokemon: 2v2 Format: Singles DQ: 2 days Items: None Abilities: All Switch: KO 5 Chills / 2 Recovers Arena: ASB Tournament Arena Surrounded by thousands of screaming Pokemon fans, the ASB Arena can be best described as a standard Pokemon battling arena. In the center of the arena lies a dirt-based floor outlined to show two separate sides (with a white Pokeball center). Surrounding the dirt is a moat filled with water. The moat is about fifteen feet wide and creates a perimeter around the dirt arena. The arena itself is eighty feet wide, one hundred feet long. All moves, weathers, and abilities are legal for the match, since it's an outdoor arena with a large water source and packed dirt. Pokemon must stay in the arena (or the dimensions of the arena in the case of Flying Pokemon, who cannot leave the arena and cannot fly higher than sixty feet). This prevents Pokemon from injuring the crowd watching the tournament. There are no outside interruptions by fans, Pokemon, or other elements not associated with the current battle. Arena Effects:

Thank goodness Bide hits Ghost types. Well, since Bide has 1 Priority and my Gengar is faster, this should hurt a lot.
Bide -> Bide (Hold) -> Bide (Release)

We're in the quarter finals of this tournament now, and everyone is hoping that the matches will only get more exciting! After a debacle in the last round, both of the last battlers we watched were disqualified, so let's hope that none in this match get the same treatment! Two ghosts erupt from their Poke Balls, and this looks to be a good match-up for Kitsunoh! Gengar, sensing how aggressive his opponent is about to be, begins biding his time and storing power for an eventual assault. Meanwhile, as predicted, Kitsunoh lashes out with a destructive ShadowStrike! The attack does massive damage to Gengar! Gengar used Bide Kitsunoh used ShadowStrike! It's super effective! Gengar takes 26 damage!
Calculations
Action 2: Gengar keeps storing up that energy, raring for a powerful return strike! Kitsunoh doesn't seem to care about the Bide, and goes for another potent attack, this time with priority. As Kitsunoh erupts out of the shadows to strike Gengar, you can tell that Gengar is really raring to unleash its energy! Gengar is storing power! Kitsunoh used Shadow Sneak! It's super effective! Gengar takes 20 damage!
Calculations
Action 3: And in an instant, Gengar decides to unleash hell. He charges Kitsunoh with the force of a raging bull, and despite typing being against it, smashes it for enormous return damage. The energy cost of such a maneuver is dire, but the output of the move was probably worth it. Kitsunoh shakes off the powerful move, though, and returns fire with a meteor punch! The attack strikes true and seems to harden Kitsunoh's fists, boosting his Attack slightly! Gengar unleashed its energy! Kitsunoh takes 81 damage! Kitsunoh used Meteor Mash! Gengar takes 19 damage! Kitsunoh's Attack was raised!

Taunt -> Shadow Ball -> Shadow Ball
IF MAGIC COAT IS USED, use Shadow Ball on that action and then follow with Sucker Punch on all actions afterwards

With both Pokemon in a very weakened state, we get to see their true colors fly! A wicked grin plays across Kitsunoh's features, almost as if it has a plan to defeat its opponent. The orders are issued and Kitsunoh vanishes in a blink of the eye. Gengar looks around a bit bewildered, surprised by its speed, and is then struck from behind by an utterly massive shadow strike of speedy death! Gengar takes the hit hard and just can't seem to recover, the smile utterly wiped from his face. Gengar is KOed by the crafty attack of Kitsunoh! How impressive! As Gengar goes down, PKMN Trainer DarkSlay reluctantly sends out his last Pokemon, Conkeldurr. The crowd rages excitedly, hoping for some more epic battling before this round concludes! Kitsunoh used ShadowStrike + Shadow Sneak! It's super effective! Gengar takes 30 damage! Gengar fainted!

Pain Split --> Perish Song --> Perish Song if Lumber uses detect on the first action, just chill out a bit and push your actions back

If combos are going to be the death of Gengar, why not let it be the death of Kitsunoh?
Lumber, I need you to make a combination of your Iron Fist-backed Mach Punch and Earthquake! I want you to lunge forward next to Kitsunoh and slam the ground with your iron hard fist to cause an Earthquake tremor before Kitsunoh can even begin to Pain Split! That will show it just how much of a fighter you can be, my best friend! If he is still alive for some reason, then use Dig to finish it off. So: Mach Punch + Earthquake Combo -> Cool Down -> Dig IF (said Combo does not work for some reason (always need to prepare)), THEN (change your actions to Taunt -> Foresight -> Drain Punch)

As if Kitsunoh's the only one with a neat trick up its sleeve! Conkeldurr leads the battle with a lightning quick mach punch, but it's not quite directed at Kitsunoh. Unsure what's going on, the crowd questions aloud the decision, but just then, their fears are quelled! The fist crashes into the ground, and shakes the arena with a crushing Earthquake! As the tremors settle, Kitsunoh teeters in place before collapsing into a ghostly mound on the floor! Looks like this battle is down to the wire! Conkeldurr used Earthquake + Mach Punch! It's super effective! Kitsunoh takes 23 damage! Kitsunoh fainted!

Yeah! Great job, Lumber! You never let me down. Now, let's get busy on the offensive, shall we? Remember, Ohm has Static, which means we can expect to get a nice Guts boost!
Hammer Arm -> Substitute (15 HP) -> Focus Punch IF (Cyclohm uses Rain Dance), THEN (On that same turn, use Focus Punch and shift down your actions.)

With Kitsunoh downed, PKMN Trainer GoldenKnight sends out his Cyclohm to end this battle! Both Pokemon are at full health and nearly full energy, meaning it will really come down to this as to which battler continues on the trek to the top! Cyclohm leads this round with a powerful Thunderbolt, backed by its sheer force! The attack ripples through Conkeldurr, who responds with a rather slow, but strong, Hammer Arm! Cyclohm used Thunderbolt! Conkeldurr takes 15 damage! Conkeldurr used Hammer Arm! Cyclohm takes 15 damage! Conkeldurr's Speed fell!
Calculations
Action 2: This time around, Conkeldurr is certain that he needs the protection of a Substitute to keep himself safe from Cyclohm's wrath. He constructs a small doll version of himself and casts himself behind it, ready to bear Cyclohm's return attack. However, Cyclohm has been biding its time, and unleashes a ferocious whirlwind that completely blows the doll away! It shakes Conkeldurr up so much that even his Speed drop has vanished, incredible! The attack blew Conkeldurr a great distance away from Cyclohm, too, making contact moves impractical for the future! What a play! Conkeldurr used Substitute! A substitute was formed! Cyclohm used Whirlwind! Conkeldurr's stat and other changes were blown away! Conkeldurr was blown away!
Calculations
Action 3: Conkeldurr, still operating as if he were behind his Substitute with his strategy, begins charging up his fist with an explosively powerful punch. Cyclohm has other plans, though, and was ready for this. He unleashes another potent Thunderbolt that crackles through Conkeldurr and completely shatters his focus! Conkeldurr spins in place and falls to his knees, unable to even attempt his attack and still no closer to Cyclohm than he was the action before! What a nasty surprise for him! Conkeldurr began focusing! Cyclohm used Thunderbolt! Conkeldurr takes 15 damage! Conkeldurr lost its focus and couldn't attack!

if Lumber tries to use eq, go ahead and magnet rise to avoid it
To take some advantage of the distance Lumber has to travel on the first action, go ahead and use Hurricane to slow him down a bit! From there, we can use another Thunderbolt and finish with one more Thunderbolt we're taking a small risk, but i think we're fine

Hm...if we're lucky, we might be able to come out of this round with no damage dealt AND a good chunk of damage done to Ohm as well! Let's go ahead, pray for a Hurricane miss, and take advantage of gk's move substitution! The Taunt should be able to draw him closer to you while also forcing him to do useless Magnet Rises!
Taunt -> Earthquake -> Earthquake

The distance between them great, the battle continues to rage. Cyclohm leads the round with a ferocious windstorm of immense power. The attack whips around the arena, tossing some of the gravel of the arena around, and taking off more than a few hats from viewers of the audience. Conkeldurr is physically lifted off the ground by the attack and churned around in the whirlwind of the attack. Once the maelstrom calms slightly, Conkeldurr is chucked out of it back toward where he was picked up, and suffers massive damage from the attack. Not to be outdone, though, he managed to ferociously piss off that Cyclohm while being flung about with a very rude gesture! Cyclohm's so enraged that he can't focus on non-attacking moves! Cyclohm used Hurricane! It's super effective! Conkeldurr takes 21 damage! Conkeldurr used Taunt! Cyclohm fell for the taunt!
Calculations
Action 2: Conkeldurr planned this one out perfectly, though, as he rears up and clearly indicates his willingness to Earthquake. As he does, Cyclohm attempts with all of his might to Magnet Rise off the ground, but is too pissed off at his adversary that he just can't get off the ground! The attack failed! Cyclohm used Magnet Rise! But it failed! Conkeldurr used Earthquake! It's super effective! Cyclohm takes 17 damage!
Calculations
Action 3: Conkeldurr keeps the power wreck going with yet another Earthquake! Cyclohm, still frustrated and generally bothered with what he's trying to do, just can't get Magnet Rise to work while he suffers yet another massive Earthquake! Cyclohm's prancing in place as he tries to execute moves he's too angry to do will be the doom of him if he keeps this up! This is becoming troublesome for Cyclohm, though the distance between the two Pokemon is still problematic for contact moves on either side. Maybe it'll turn around again in the next round? We'll just have to wait and see! The audience is excited to see this through! Cyclohm used Magnet Rise! But it failed! Conkeldurr used Earthquake! It's super effective! Cyclohm takes 17 damage!

I'm not sure if we can win this one, but we won't go down without a fight! We need to get closer, so Dig gives us a perfect opportunity to get right up to this monster and let you go loose!
Dig -> Force Palm -> Mach Punch + Reversal Combo Good game gk.

The battle is winding down, and things are getting tough for both sides. Conkeldurr is behind in the battle, but maybe he can pull it back considering his last round success. Cyclohm leads this round with a Thunderbolt that strikes from the heavens just before Conkeldurr pops underground with his burrow attack. He pops up right at Cyclohm's position and smashes it with the ground-based attack for respectable damage! Keep the damage going! Cyclohm used Thunderbolt! Conkeldurr takes 15 damage! Conkeldurr used Dig! It's super effective! Cyclohm takes 14 damage!
Calculations
Action 2: Cyclohm, now in close range with the Conkeldurr, swivels one of his three heads towards the creature and unleashes a sonic shockwave of immense proportions against him. The attack rings in Conkeldurr's skull and deals solid damage, but he returns with a forced palm strike right to Cyclohm's fluffy body. Unfortunately, there won't be any paralysis from that thanks to Cyclohm's Shield Dust! Cyclohm used Dragon Pulse! Conkeldurr takes 12 damage! Conkeldurr used Force Palm! Cyclohm takes 11 damage!
Calculations
Action 3: Conkeldurr tries to rear itself up with a potent combo, but his trainer apparently forgot that you can't use combos on the third action of a round! The attack putters out due to this, and it leaves Conkeldurr is wide open to Cyclohm's return Thunderbolt, which inflicts a critical hit and ends the match! Conkeldurr teeters in place and collapses on the ground, clearly knocked out! The winner of this bout is GoldenKnight! Conkeldurr used Reversal + Mach Punch! But it failed! Cyclohm used Thunderbolt! A critical hit! Conkeldurr takes 18 damage! Conkeldurr fainted! PKMN Trainer DarkSlay has no more usable Pokemon! PKMN Trainer GoldenKnight wins the battle!
Calculations
Pokemon: Code:
