Wierd Alakazam Magic Guard/Toxic Spikes Glitch

I am going to report this to PO, but I am just bringing this to attention...

Start of turn 26 
The foe's Scolipede used Toxic Spikes! 
Poison spikes were scattered all around the feet of idunno's team!
  Machamp used Substitute! 
Machamp made a substitute!  
Machamp restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Start of turn 27 
The foe's Scolipede used Earthquake! 
Machamp's substitute faded! 
The foe's Scolipede is hurt by its Life Orb!
  Machamp used Stone Edge! It's super effective! 
The foe's Scolipede lost 70% of its health! 
The foe's Scolipede fainted!  
Machamp restored a little HP using its Leftovers! 
Davidjo sent out Raikou!  The foe's Raikou is exerting its Pressure!  

Start of turn 28 
idunno called Machamp back! 
idunno sent out Zapdos!  
Zapdos is exerting its Pressure! 
The foe's Raikou used Thunderbolt!
 Zapdos lost 117 HP! (30% of its health)  
The foe's Raikou restored a little HP using its Leftovers! 
The foe's Raikou is hurt by poison! 
Zapdos restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

really? I've never had that problem before, though. I was under the impression that it just stopped passive damage.

yeah, nope, alakazam doesn't get toxiced from toxic spikes.

Yeah, Alakazam should've been poisoned by Toxic Spikes. Magic Guard Pokemon not getting poisoned by Toxic Spikes is a bug that was fixed in PO 1.30, but for whatever reason the Smogon server has not been updated even though it's been weeks since 1.30 came out.

look at around 4:39; the Magic Guard Clefable doesn't get poisoned.
Of course, this is Gen 4, but I'd have to find another one for gen 5. I do remember seeing a thread about this on the PO forums though...

according to Professor Oak, Toxic Spikes do poison Magic Guard pokes in the 5th gen.

Just to be 100% sure, I tested it in-game (using Skill Swap to get Magic Bounce on a wild Pokemon in order to get Toxic Spikes on my side). Magic Guard does not block poisoning of Magic Guard Pokemon in 5th gen, only 4th.
