any fans of the Just dance video games? that's ok. Just dance 3 recently came out, thats pretty awesome.
a year ago i posted a video in the Album, a video of Articuno64 and I butchering the dances found in the game Just dance 2. it was fun and made for one hilarious video. if you're not familiar with the just dance games, watch this
ok, here's the video posted november of last year. Party at Jason's, good times, good times, cant wait for us to do that again.

alright, so i planned on making a compilation video of me playing this game. i have a little over 2 hours of footage and i finally started editing it down, i went through half of it and would like to share the results so far. the completed video will be included in the next weight loss/muscle gain thread update. i dont mind sharing this video because although it shows the progress on my legs and arms, it still keeps the chest/stomach concealed so i don't have to worry about posting it like the Halloween pictures etc. [also i just want to share it because i couldnt stop laughing at it]

so here is the half completed, new "almost as funny as the one with Jason from last year" Just dance video, ass shaking included towards the end haha.
Just dance, a great, fun workout.

fishy, Articuno64, eraddd, Ninahaza just dance party? maybe synre too? and DM? hmmmm, who else? wait, shit thats more than 4 players

Just Dance 3 is fun with friends, but gets dull really fast otherwise lol and it's so hard to keep up and half the time you just look completely stupid trying to mimic the moves :(

I think one of the most striking part of the two videos is how much weight you've lost in between them! Very impressive man.

jesus joseph i love that video so much, and it makes me all fuzzy inside that you got so into the game just from my suggesting you play it! ack, it also makes me upset that my wii got stolen, and i can't play just dance myself. :( i could use the fun work out too, god damnit
