While making a topic of offensive threats, many is suggesting to make an offensive threat of gen 4 metagame on smogon (singles)
How about it ? its might be benefical since its already the end of DPPT metagame

Is there a chance that we can a point form text version of the smogcast? I'd love the info without all the awkward flirting between you and SDS (jk). I would just find it much more useful than having to sit through an hour of banter between you guys.

We do a fairly extensive show outline, but it's pretty improvised, so we'd have to actually listen to the whole show and take notes and stuff to produce a text document of any usability, really. :(

Chris would you be able to make some sort of introduction theme to play at the beginning of every Smogcast? I've been working on throwing something together, but my technical limitations have resulted in nothing good. I know you have access to radio station equipment, so I was thinking that whatever you do will be worlds better than what I do.

Can do. I'll make some kind of really cool intro music. Not in time for the LC cast but everything after that should have a cool little jingle. I was originally going to just put the Powerpuff Girls theme straight on the Smogcast #1 but I got outvoted by SDS. >:(

I've been looking into implementing a "soundboard" for a bit more comedy / professionalism during the smogcast, that might happen over thanksgiving break for me.

I would be interested in a BW Ubers smogcast as well. I may not be as big of a name as Jibaku, trickroom, or Theorymon but I would be happy to contribute to an Uber smogcast.

In light of latest server stats, I suggest a Smogcast just marvelling at why some of the best Pokemon are almost falling to UU and why some of the good but not as good Pokemon finishing higher above them. I mean, if our ladder is having Latias close to UU, something is wrong!

I listened to Smogcast 9 yesterday. Content-wise it's great, lot's of on-topic discussion and even though I haven't played in a while it feels like it's fresh and up to date.

HOWEVER, I thought there was a lot of cussing and for a large part the casters were talking through each other and didn't let each other finish, at some parts it felt like a battle of egos rather than a discussion. Having said that, hearing people boast and brag is about the last thing I want if I'm listening to something like this!

So...what is going on here? There haven't been any activity here since late August and it seems to be dead. This is kinda sad since I've been waiting for an update every day since the latest cast. I'm not saying that you guys are lazy or something like that, but I just want to hear an update or something, even though it's just; "We haven't been able to make a cast yet, but we're trying." (Hope this didn't come off rude or anything, didn't mean to if it did)

Just a suggestion, next time screen capture whichever voice recording software you guys are using (like Ventrillo) so we can easily see who's talking. It would be even better if we can see something like a Kyurem picture when discussing Kyurem, and Chansey / Milotic etc when discussing its counters, but that might take a lot more work.

Yeah it would be nice to have another OU smogcast after the 5th round voting is FINALLY done... It was a hectic round with garchomp leaving to Ubers again... besides that it may be intresting to hear what the pro's think for our 6th round when it starts already... I also really enjoyed the UU smogcast! It convinced me to make a UU team and that was enjoyable. But an Ubers smogcast does sound nice as I know very little about that meta and have been wanting to try it!

P.S.if you decide to do a LC smogcast you NEED to get blue star on it. He would make it so epic

If round 5 was truly the last suspect round for OU, I would love to see an OU wrap-up.
Otherwise a RU or NU cast would be great.
