One problem with that. In order to get a minimum of 45% from Adamant max Atk Banded Scizor's BP on Nidoking, you have to be running 252/ 80 +Def. How the heck is that a standard Nidoking?

And 0 HP/0 Def Nidoking takes 66.3% - 78.2% from a 252 Atk Adamant Banded Bullet Punch. I think what he meant was 45% left.

Point being, although it has a large number of counters, Scizor is an influential force in OU because of the larger number of threats it can counter and check successfully. Using Scizor also beings a good amount of momentum when you do use it. A random Pokemon with a random Fire-type move does a good Scizor counter not make (which, yes, includes Nidoking).
