Blaziken and Slaking become BL by merely 1 vote, while Houndoom moves up to OU by also 1 vote (lucky dog/wolf). Forretress goes up to OU has a whooping 100%, and Cloyster with a similar situation.

Some honorable mentions are Medicham, Sceptile, and Breloom, which were fairly close to shifting tiers.

Ludicolo gets the title of most BL pokemon.

I will get these pokemon moved to their respective tiers ASAP. A big thank you to everyone who participated in the tiering of these pokemon!
