Sticky (and other) Functions in Social Groups

Not sure if this is possible in vBulletin, but for some Social Groups there's a lot of background information and it would be cool if it were possible to Stick/Unstick Discussions that serve as main reference threads.

It'd also be cool if group maintainers could adjust the size of the discussion list beyond the 10 maximum it appears to be.

I support this idea, it would be incredibly useful to people who run social groups as well.
