Fix the IRC link on the homepage.

Yeah it has been broken for a while it says it's a link to #pokemon but it's broken. You have to manually search for channels.

It's not meant to be a link to #pokemon itself. It's an informational page only.

Yup, that. There is a direct link on the page itself in the 'How do I connect?' section. Hope that helps!
