[HGSS] Trying to RNG pokemon by breeding, I need help

So I've been trying to learn how to RNG my pokemon on SoulSilver. I understand how to use RNG Timer how to find a seed based on what I'm looking for, but I don't get what to do with that number.

I open RNG timer, click on time finder, input the following (leaving any values already put as is) and click generate:

Now I'm not sure what to do with these numbers. I'm also not sure where I can input the fact that I'm looking to breed a specific ability as well. If someone could walk me through this I would greatly appreciate it.
