That was on purpose, move #4 depends on what he wants for his team. I used Roost, but I think JaeSun is looking for moveset variety so I left it out.

Updated 4/29 Changes in Bold.

Lately, I have been getting destroyed by Volcarona. I keep seeing Quiver Dance Volacrona everywhere. What would be a good way to counter it? Considering getting a pokemon with Taunt but unsure of what Pokemon to add it to or who to swap out.

Scizor has been getting OHKO'ed a lot lately by Heat Wave's, considering adding more EV's to SDef and HP over Spd. Any suggestions?

Rotom-W is failing me, what would be another good Electric Pokemon (besides Zapdos) or a Pokemon with similar move coverage that could take his spot?

Need some advice on Dragonite's 4th move, at the moment I have Rock Slide there but idk what else it could be that would help add more coverage to my team. Dragonite has seen NO use yet as the rest of the team tends to cover most things.

Volcarona has a low base Defense stat, so I'd suggest a Pokemon that is kinda like Aerodactyl. You could use Aerodactyl of course, but really all you need from the looks of it is a STAB Rock Slider that resists/is faster than Volcarona.

It all depends on what Pokemon you plan on replacing here and what you want the new Pokemon to be able to handle.
