Heatwave has about 20 more base power then Thunder even under the rain so it's the way to go. I need it otherwise Scizor is my only way to effectively get rid of Ferrothorn.
EDIT: Switching Toxic for Perish Song on Politoed because it can break set-up sub sweepers. Plus if I can get the Toxic Spikes, it's a waste of a move slot.
