Introduction
Due to changing usage statistics, the lower tiers are constantly changing. UU, RU, and NU are never the same every three months. However, do you ever wonder how DPP UU would be like if the tier would still be updated? If so, then this tournament is something for you! This tournament will be a DPP UU tournament, with one twist: one or more OU Pokemon will be released in OU each round. For example, in round 1 Weavile and Togekiss will be unbanned, and in round 2 Mamoswine.

Rules

General Tournament Rules
DPP UU: Pokemon listed here as Uber, OU, or BL are banned unless released that round.
Single Elimination
Best of One
Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same pokémon on their team. For example, a player cannot have two Koffing on his or her team.
Sleep Clause: A player cannot put two or more different opposing Pokémon to sleep using attacks that induce sleep to opposing pokémon.
Evasion Clause: A player cannot increase their Pokémon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion. Items or indirect boosts do not break this clause.
OHKO Clause: Players cannot use Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, or Fissure in any of their Pokémon's movesets.
Battle Timeout: If a player exhausts the timer, he/she loses.
Matches must be played on Pokemon Online
Logs don't have to be saved, but it is recommended you do in case of a dispute.

Released OU Pokemon

This Round, Dusknoir and Electivire will be moved into UU! This doesn't mean you have to use them.
