another great breakfast today. i went to the dinner and had some chocolate chip pancakes. they were good. then i made myself a spinach omelet. it was good. then i ate a red pepper; that's my favorite veggy. i had some strawberries too. yum. finally, i had some new england breakfast tea and pears. good way to start the day
