Just a team.

Hello everyone a smogon, I am still a beginner, and I would really like some advice on my team. Though, I want to keep Heracross and Miltank in it and i'm not sure on how to build a team with them two together.

Here's what I got!:
Gliscor @ Yache Berry
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Sand Veil
~Stealth Rock
~Earthquake
~Roost
~U-Turn

Heracross @ Flame Orb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Guts
~Close Combat
~Megahorn
~Stone Edge
~Facade (currently, though I am considering to change to Night Slash)
Heracross will be my Physical Sweeper, I am also considering to changing him to a Scarfed Heracross.

Magmortar @ Life Orb
EVs: 16 HP / 252 SpA / 240 Spe
Nature: Naive
Ability: Flame Body
~Flamethrower
~Thunderbolt
~Cross Chop
~Earthquake

Miltank @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Ability: Scrappy
Nature: Jolly
~Body Slam
~Curse
~Heal Bell
~Milk Drink

Dusknoir @ Enigma Berry
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Atk / 228 SpD
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Hardy
