Social Group Notifications

Don't remember if this was mentioned before or not, but I think it would be very convenient if we could have a notifications option for social groups. Would make it easier so some of us don't have to check in every time we're on to see if something new came up.

1. Go to the Social Group you want.
2. Group Tools -> Subscribe to This Group
3. Click User CP

Or, go to the main Social Group page (/group.php), and there's a list of all groups you're in, and then if any names are bold then it means there is an unread post in it
