(OU) RMT (Gen III)

To preface: this team is not for "competitive" battling, just for Elite 4 and for potentially some battles with friends. I only have LeafGreen, which limits my available pokemon. Here's what I'm running with right now (and, as a newbie, I must admit to having paid no attention to EVs, IVs, or natures):
