it has come to my attention that DougJustDoug is attempting to restrict the avatar changing abilities (and likely ability to give custom titles to those they deem worthy of them) of supermods and above, which i find to be absurd as it questions not only their responsibility, but it takes away something they worked hard to gain. this entire policy is outlined in a Senior Staff forum inacessible to the very users it affects. in light of this, i have decided to protest by boycotting my services as smogon tutor, as well as playing in the finals of this tournament. i apologize to the host for the inconvenience.
