Well first off it is a horrible synergy in your team while only having one pokemon taking fire attacks and only one to take care off ground attacks. NONE off your pokemon are resisted to water...

So I am not going to try to help know, maby later but check out the smogon sets for the pokemon you have, try to make your team as resisted as you can against every move typing.

Frustration on a Victini doesn't make sense. Give it U-Turn, switch advantage is always helpful. A standard never super-effective attack is not.

The reason he thought Frustration was on Victine is because you have placed the pictures under the description... And Victine is much better as an Scarfed set.

Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
- V-Create (Dude this is the most powerfull attack ever)

Well I dont know how your team can work around those pokemons with your whole attacking team based around Venomoth passing quiver dances to such not reliable attacks on your Victini as it can easy miss a Focus Blast / Fire Blast and get killed.
