Rate my team please

I just bought my router and playing Pokemon B/W wifi battle was fun
but after getting a lot of loosing streaks i think i have a problem on my OU team anyways here's my team

Salamence
EV: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Naive
Ability: Intimidate
Moves:
~ Dragon Dance
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Fire Blast

Tryranitar
EV: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Sandforce
Moves:
~ Dragon Dance
~ Fire Punch
~ Crunch
~ Stone Edge

Jirachi
EV: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Serene Grace
Moves:
~ Substitute
~ Thunder Wave
~ Iron Head
~ U-Turn

Sceptile
EV: 252 SpA / 28 SpD / 228 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: Overgrow
Moves:

~ Leech Seed
~ Giga Drain
~ Hidden Power Fire

The other 2 is Blaziken and Groudon and i need a replacement for those 2 because they are Uber D:

You should add detailed descriptions to your Pokemon quick or else a mod will probably come on this thread and lock it.
