seeing they've never been used i'd like to take them but im a noob i don't have much to offer so i'm going out on a limb:

boldore lvl 50 , nature: jolly , likes to run

rotom lvl 1 , egg hatched mischievous , nature: lax

simisage lvl 49 , nature: rash , likes to relax

or clefaible lvl 55 , nature: hasty , somewhat vain.

please takes this into concideration and the fact im a beginner.

I'd prefer Gen IV, but if you can only do BW, then you can only do BW.

I learned to use EonTimer for this. As far as I've been able to determine,
this is the only Modest HP Ice Shaymin currently available on Smogon
(if I'm wrong, please give me a link). There's an HP Ice 70 frame that
I might try to go for at some later point, but it's so high that I ever get
it, it'll be Cold Dead Hands.

I mean I'm more open to accepting an XD pokemon with good (but not perfect) stats and XD-exclusive moves than I am to accept many other things.

Just updated with about a dozen new breeds/RNGs. Note that, with the exception of "Lamashtu" (Zapdos), none of these Pokemon are available in Gen IV.

But that's okay, since I have access to the BW2 Move Tutors.
