ELEVATOR MUSIC VS. DARKSLAY

Round One - Fight!

And so, Elevator Music opens with his Exp. Share wielding duo of Nyuura the Sneasel & Duclohm! DarkSlay responds with his Cheri Berry wielding Gatorade the Croconaw, & his Oran Berry wielding Hitenryu the Monferno! Let us have a look at the stats of all the Pokemon, shall we?

Battle Begin!

Nyuura begins the bout by burrowing his merry way into the clay-lined floor, as Hitenryu makes insults directed at Duclohm, insulting & enraging Duclohm! Duclohm retaliates violently by dispersing a wave of electricity which zaps both of DarkSlay's Pokemon, striking Gatorade critically! Gatorade then envelops himself in draconic energy, before releasing it in the form of a dance, making him stronger & faster! Finally, Nyuura pops out of the underground & strikes Hitenryu for sizable damage!

Sensing danger, Nyuura suddenly goes on the defensive once more, getting into an evasive stance, as Gatorade takes a page from Nyuura's book by burrowing his merry way into the Arena floor. Hitenryu then lets off a powerful star-shaped flame at Nyuura in an attempt to sear him, when Nyuura suddenly reacts, using his blistering speed to evade the attack! Gatorade then pounces out of the arena floor before striking the patient Duclohm, who retaliates by enveloping his tail in draconic energy, before swiping Gatorade with it, the shock erasing all draconic energy inside Gatorade's body!

Nyuura then decides to burrow underground again, dodging Hitenryu's flame once more, as Duclohm let off another wave of electricity, zapping DarkSlay's Pokemon, & Paralysing Gatorade! Gatorade then panics & eats part of his Cheri Berry in response, removing the Paralysis & leaving Gatorade fighting fit again! Gatorade then immediately fights back, walloping Duclohm with a cold punch, as Nyuura pops out of the floor once more, before striking Hitenryu for more damage!

Round End, & it seems that Elevator Music has a considerable advantage at this stage. Can DarkSlay fight back? Or will Elevator Music prove to be too strong for him? We will find out soon enough.

Round Two - Fight!

Hitenryu opens with a fast burst of speed which strikes Nyuura, only for Nyuura to retain focus & retaliate with a powerful punch which knocks Nyuura hard, making him see stars. Duclohm then releases a bolt of lightning from his body which zaps Gatorade for some damage, as Gatorade makes an ugly face which makes Duclohm nervous, slowing it down.

Nyuura then makes an snaky move, rushing & striking Gatorade for some damage, as Hitenryu responds by putting Nyuura into a state where he cannot repeat moves! Gatorade then burrows his way into the arena floor, dodging an electrical charge from Duclohm, before popping out & striking Duclohm, when Duclohm's body suddenly reacts, Paralysing Gatorade! Gatorade eats the last of his Cheri Berry in response, healing his Paralysis once more, but Gatorade will not be haling from Paralysis any more!

Nyuura then wallops Hitenryu again with another hard punch, as Hitenryu eats his Oran Berry in panic, before trying to respond with something, but slaps himself in response, getting rid of his own confusion! Gatorade burrows into the floor once more, avoiding a bolt of lightning from Duclohm, before surfacing again & striking Duclohm once more, but once again, Duclohm's body reacts, Paralysing the luckless Gatorade once more! Sadly, Gatorade is out of luck this time, with his Cheri Berry fully consumed, he is going to have to endure this...

Round End, & despite DarkSlay's best efforts, it looks like Elevator Music has this match wrapped up. Can DarkSlay salvage something from this? We will see soon enough...

Before DarkSlay's Pokemon could react, Nyuura shocks Hitenryu with a powerful rush of speed, & Duclohm wipes out Gatorade with a powerful bolt of lightning! 2-1 Elevator Music!

Hitenryu then burrows underground, evading a confused Hitenryu who did not know what to do & pointlessly rammed into the hole as a result, & while Duclohm took a rest, Nyuura then pounced from the underground, knocking out Hitenryu with a powerful blow! Elevator Music wins 2-0!

In the centre of the arena lies a dirt-based floor outlined to show two separate sides (with a white Pokeball centre). Surrounding the dirt is a moat filled with water. Its_A_Random Points out the obvious Join Date: Mar 2010 Posts: 6,550 A country full of spiders	Elevator Music vs. DarkSlay (2v2 Doubles) - IAR Refs - Round 2 ELEVATOR MUSIC VS. DARKSLAY Round Two - Fight! Hitenryu opens with a fast burst of speed which strikes Nyuura, only for Nyuura to retain focus & retaliate with a powerful punch which knocks Nyuura hard, making him see stars. Duclohm then releases a bolt of lightning from his body which zaps Gatorade for some damage, as Gatorade makes an ugly face which makes Duclohm nervous, slowing it down. Nyuura then makes an snaky move, rushing & striking Gatorade for some damage, as Hitenryu responds by putting Nyuura into a state where he cannot repeat moves! Gatorade then burrows his way into the arena floor, dodging an electrical charge from Duclohm, before popping out & striking Duclohm, when Duclohm's body suddenly reacts, Paralysing Gatorade! Gatorade eats the last of his Cheri Berry in response, healing his Paralysis once more, but Gatorade will not be haling from Paralysis any more! Nyuura then wallops Hitenryu again with another hard punch, as Hitenryu eats his Oran Berry in panic, before trying to respond with something, but slaps himself in response, getting rid of his own confusion! Gatorade burrows into the floor once more, avoiding a bolt of lightning from Duclohm, before surfacing again & striking Duclohm once more, but once again, Duclohm's body reacts, Paralysing the luckless Gatorade once more! Sadly, Gatorade is out of luck this time, with his Cheri Berry fully consumed, he is going to have to endure this... Round End, & despite DarkSlay's best efforts, it looks like Elevator Music has this match wrapped up. Can DarkSlay salvage something from this? We will see soon enough...
