OK, I want to build a counter-weather team.
Sorry for no images, I'll update it when I returned to my home. Snorlax @ Chople Berry Ability : Thick Fat EVs : 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def (0 Speed IVs) Nature : Brave - Return - Earthquake - Fire Punch - Protect Snorlax try to counter sun and hail team, which are less common compared to rain and sandstorm, but still valuable. Its low speed allows act in trick room, or counter trick room. Return is his main STAB move. Earthquake hits Fire-type Pokemon, and Fire Punch hits Ice-type and Grass-type Pokemon. Chandelure @ Focus Sash Ability : Flash Fire EVs : 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Speed Nature : Modest - Heat Wave - Shadow Ball - Imprison - Trick room This chandelure is beast, as it can use Imprison to prevent setting Trick Room, shut foe's chandelure completely unless he has Overheat, or use Trick Room if foe's Pokemon is faster than mine. Snorlax can sweep after setting Trick Room, so it is quite good choice. It can be tricky, but it really works even it has full speed EVs. Ferrothorn @ Leftovers Ability : Iron Barb EV : 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 Spd (0 Speed IVs) Nature : Sassy - Power Whip - Gyro Ball - Leech Seed - Protect Ferrothorn is best counter for rain team. This EV spread allows Ferrothorn to survive Terrakion's Close Combat(if not boosted), and rest of its EVs is for raise its special bulk. Although Ferrothorn does not train any EVs for attack, it can be massive Trick Room counter, or get fast pokemon with Gyro Ball. Rotom-W @ Sitrus Berry Ability : Levitate EVs : 252 HP / 160 SpAtk / 96 SpDef Nature : Modest - Hydro Pump - Thunderbolt - Hidden Power Ice - Protect Rotom-W acts as both rain and sandstorm counter. EV spread is for some special bulks. In rain, Hydro Pump demolish everything and Thunderbolt get water-types, which resists Hydro Pump. HP ice is for some dragon-types, such as Garchomp, which are acts in sandstorm. Metagross @ Steel Gem Ability : Clear Body EVs : 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Speed Nature : Adamant - Meteor Mash - Bullet Punch - Zen Headbutt - Protect Metagross is main physical attacker. It can get Tyranitar and Abomasnow and a lot of ice-type attacker, as well as get Hitmontop which are most common in VGC metagame. Its EV spread is simple but powerful, allow Metagross prevents OHKO by any move bar fire-type move. Hitmontop @ Dark Gem Ability : Intimidate EVs : 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Speed Nature : Adamant - Fake Out - Close Combat - Sucker Punch - Wide Guard Hitmontop acts both Intimidate / Fake out supporter, uses Wide Guard, hit lots of pokemon with Close Combat, use boosted Sucker Punch to low-HP pokemon, has a chance of OHKO Latios with boosted Sucker Punch, and so on. |

I think you've focused a little too much on countering other strategies, and not your team's own strategy. How do you win using this team in general terms? Other than Snorlax+TR, and "Metagross is main physical attacker," your descriptions are devoted almost entirely to how you plan to counter things. That's a bad way to play; you need to have an assertive plan of your own, because if you just react to what your opponent does then you'll always be one step behind them.
Also, Snorlax's EVs seem a bit inefficient, I'd suggest moving some (perhaps even all) of the HP EVs to Defense, and maybe some to Special Defense as well. And Earthquake might not be the best choice when two Pokémon on your team (one of which seems to be its primary partner and lacks Protect) are weak to it and only one is immune. Crunch or Rock Slide might be a better choice.

Why shoot blindly in every direction until you're lucky enough to hit the target when you can just take the time to aim properly and hit it with one shot? |
