Switch to Cyclohm. 15hp Sub - Thunderbolt - Thunder IF Earthquake is used A1 THEN use Magnet Rise A1 and push actions back IF Ice Beam is used on an action you are supposed to use Substitute (this includes A2 if the above sub applies) THEN replace the substitute with Thunder Wave and DON'T push actions back.
