PlayTCG.com issues

I've been trying to use the website PlayTCG to play the card game online. I've been having some issues where I can't seem to flip coins, shuffle my deck, search my deck, and a bunch of other things. In the tutorial video, there was a tool bar that doesn't show up on my screen. I don't think my screen is displaying the top part of the page. My browser is chrome. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Shrink your in-browser screen. If you're using a touchpad, just pinch along the touchpad. Or ctrl+minus+minus on keyboard.
