What use is Seed Bomb now that Quag is gone?

It hits Regirock much harder than any other move, as well as Carracosta, Relicanth and Golem.

Not being walled by Rock types such as Regirock, Golem, Carracosta, Cradily and Armaldo. Extremespeed doesn't do enough to them. It is also the move of choice against the increasingly popular Piloswine. Still worth a moveslot in my opinion
