(Other) Rate my Team for White 2?

Hi. I'm new here, so I'm not sure if I posting on the right page.

I'm not going to do any competitive battling.

So here's my team:

Togekiss
Serperior
Arcanine
Hydregon
Starmie
Jolteon

I know Serperior is bad, but it always been a thing for me to use a starter.

My team is mostly Special Attackers... Should I change something? I'm thinking about Hydrgon or Jolteon...

Also if Hydregon is okay, what move set and nature should I use? Smogon has so many, I can't choose what the best one it T^T
