Type:
Water: Water STAB; Can breathe and have excellent mobility when underwater, are less capable on land unless they are entirely amphibious.

This looks like as good a time as any for Hippowdon and Garchomp @Life Orb

Hippowdon: Earthquake+Earthquake (synchro) ~ cool down (synchro Earthquake+Earthquake) ~ Yawn Klinklang

Garchomp: Earthquake+Earthquake (synchro) ~ cool down (synchro Earthquake+Earthquake) ~ Stealth Rock

(BOTH) If both opponents use Protect a1, change action string to Fire Fang ~ synchro Earthquake+Earthquake ~ cool down and Stealth Rock ~ synchro Earthquake+Earthquake ~ cool down respectively
(GARCHOMP ONLY) If Klinklang uses Magic Coat a3 when you are set to use Stealth Rock then use Earthquake (synchro) instead
(HIPPOWDON ONLY) If Garchomp is not using Stealth Rock a3, use Earthquake (synchro) a3 instead

EDIT: Apparently Klinklang has levitrait which isnt stated anywhere in its profile, I think this is a reasonable case to not count it >:) If not though I will post alternative orders shortly

Hippowdon: Earthquake+Earthquake (synchro) ~ cool down (synchro Earthquake+Earthquake) ~ Yawn Klinklang

Garchomp: Earthquake+Earthquake (synchro) ~ cool down (synchro Earthquake+Earthquake) ~ Stealth Rock

(BOTH) If Manectric uses Protect a1, change action string to Fire Fang Klinklang ~ synchro Earthquake+Earthquake ~ cool down and Stealth Rock ~ synchro Earthquake+Earthquake ~ cool down respectively
(GARCHOMP ONLY) If Klinklang uses Magic Coat when you are set to use Stealth Rock then use Fire Blast Klinklang instead
(HIPPOWDON ONLY) If Garchomp is not using Stealth Rock a3, use Fire Fang Klinklang a3 instead

Okay fine Df stated it above so we'll use the second action set :)

Dead

The Garchomp gets the round started off by slamming his arms and feet into the ground, causing the very earth to shake and crumble. The Klinklang is able to avoid the attack, but the poor Manetric gets nearly impaled on some spikes, suffering massive damage. In retaliation, the Kliklang fires a massive, blinding ray of light at the Garchomp while its partner Manetric starts to glow yellow and float in the air, just in time to avoid the Hippowdon launching a similar attack.

The Garchomp, Hippowdon, and Klinklnag too tired to attack again leaves only the Manetric to get in a surprise attack, ice coating its fangs as it bites deeply into the Garchomp, leaving the beast staggering. Once the others regain their strength, though, the battle is born anew, with the Garchomp throwing subtle, floating rocks onto Dogfish's side of the field. One more icy bite by the Manetric leaves the Garchomp rigid - frozen solid, in fact. The Klinklang starts grinding its gears, which looks pretty damn horrible, causing the Garchomp to go down for the count!. Its partner seems rather bored, however, the sand hippo just yawning at Klinklang.

"Can you provide a better reffing? You seem to have forgotten that Garchomp and Hippowdon had their synchronised earthquakes broken by Klinklang's attack, and thus they hit each other. Also, Magnet Rise occurred before the EQ+EQ combos, which each have -2 prio, hence meaning Manectric avoids all damage. Klinklang's also taken damage despite the fact it is floating. I'd also like to see your damage calculations, since I suspect they aren't prefect from the numbers given."

You know, it would help if people in IRC actually clear up my confusions over how synchroquakes work when I ask. Anywyas, I went ahead and fixed everything. Aplogies, kind of rusty with the reffing.

And Klinklang didn't take damage that was simply a accouting error.

Edit: The attack list nor the ref resource says anything about syncrhoquakes having a negative priority.
Double edit: NVM i'm stupid
