On the spot, it instantly paints the original poke to come to life and do the move, kind of like Sai from Naruto:

Speaking of Volcarona...
+ Drought!Yes I know it isn't a move, but volcarona needs it bad. Design: Quote:

Need: Sun inducer that does not suck? Not only would it gain morning sun as a great recovery move, but nothing would want to switch into fiery dance, and volcarona can demolish Tyranitar and Politoed with Bug Buzz. |

Remember how many people complained about Drizzletoed? Besides, Volc's a really swell Pokemon anyway, so I don't see how it needs it.

Hurricane would make sense for Lugia. The thing causes storms for crying out loud.
Submission Emboar would be cool too. Though people would still use SP/HA more often.

You have to get good and lost to find places which cannot be found
|
+ Stealth RockThis is really kinda knitpicky, but c'mon GF, almost every Ground-type gets Stealth Rock and you pick Flygon to be like the only one the doesnt?? Even his cousing Garchomp gets it, and they share the exact same typing!! It may or may not make it any better competitavely, but I still think Flygon deserve Stealth Rock in its movepool.

If pretty much all Pokémon can learn Toxic, why can't all Pokémon with tails learn Poison Tail? Why can't all Pokémon with fangs learn Poison Fang? etc.

because their tails and fangs arent poisonous, but toxic is different because anyone can pour poisonous chemicals down the enemies throat.

Toxic functions more as a sort of "lets puke on the foe" more than a "lets bite them with poisonous fangs"

To be fair we have no idea how toxic works, because there is no move description that tells us where the poison comes from. I'm not saying anything really needs any of those moves, but it's still a bit illogical. |

So you're saying Pokémon carry around little tins of bug spray? Or am I being silly and they actually have them attached to their heads with a little strap?

Thats all decided once you teach them the move. You're obviously not gonna teach them how to poison stuff without giving them anything to poison with.

So then you should be able to teach any Pokémon any move just so long as you can give them the tools to do it? Then why won't my Magikarp of Doom use the compact flamethrower/taser I built that can attach to its head and responds to brain signal?

Because that is completly different than giving something to poison something with, and Magikarp looks nothing like Genesect.

But if it's holding the poison, doesn't that mean it can't hold any other items?

I just gotta say, loving the intellectual debate going on here. Anyway...
They gave it to Pichu, would it be a crime to give it to her evolutions? Besides, Notch-Eared Pikachu/Raichu would be pretty sweet.
