The Liar's Rule Tournament

Standard Rules:
Standard OU rules apply
- No Ubers
- Evasion Clause
- OHKO Clause
- Sleep Clause
- Species Clause
- Drizzle + Swift Swim Clause
- Moody Clause
- Team Preview On
- Timer is OFF

This is a BW2 Tournament. Battles are to be played by default on Showdown, but can be played on PO if both people agree.

Special Rules:

-Every player must declare what move they will be doing in that turn.
-You get 2 lies for the whole game. Round 3 and onward you get 3 lies for the whole game.
-Whoever is first in the matchup has to declare their lead during team preview first.
-Whoever is second in the matchup has to declare their move in turn 1 first.
-They go on alternating until the game is over.

To clarify:

if the match up is Atticus vs locopoke, then

The order is determined by the pairing: Atticus being player 1 and locopoke being player 2. Atticus will declare his lead during team preview first. Then locopoke will declare his first turn move first. The next turn Atticus will declare his move first.
