Froggy (Politoed) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Toxic
- Protect
- Perish Song

All rainy teams start with this dude right here. Defensive politoed is usually my go to for rain teams. He is much bulkier then most give him credit for. I am usually able to get a few scalds off and hopefully score a burn before getting too damaged. Toxic is always a solid option and perish song shoves it to status boosters and especially baton passers.

Shroomz (Breloom) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed
- Swords Dance
- Spore

Another OU favorite. Breloom is really annoying for any team to face. Spore gives him a chance to get off a swords dance (two if you want to push it) and attempt a sweep.

Mr. Marbles (Linoone) (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Gluttony
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Belly Drum
- ExtremeSpeed
- Shadow Claw
- Seed Bomb

Linoone is as gimicy as they come. I usually try to get the belly drum off against stealth rockers or spikers or sleepy foes from breloom. If he can get the drum off LOOK OUT! Mr. Marbles is on the loose :D There is not much that can take STAB ExtremeSpeed from something with roughly 1000 attack.

Charles (Latios) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Trick
- Psyshock

Another OU standby. Charles is usually my revenge killer. Draco Meteor will destroy anything that doesn't resist. Surf is great with the 50% boost that rain brings it. Psyshock for obvious STAB reasons. And trick is always a nice move to cripple set uppers.

Tater-Tot (Azumarill) (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Huge Power
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower
- Ice Punch

I have no idea why Azumarill is not nearly every OU team. With Choice Band his attack is higher than Haxorus! Waterfall will wreck havoc on everything it touchs. Even an Aqua Jet in the rain can plow down most of what it hits. Superpower can take down Ferrothorn in a single hit. Ice Punch for dem dragons.

Laptop (Lapras) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Curse
- Avalanche
- Waterfall

Hydration is make or break for Lapras. Without it, well... she sucks. But the power to get back to full health in a single turn and access to Curse makes Lapras a heck of a wall. Plus after getting a few Curses off Avalanche and Waterfall will leave a sizable dent on whatever she faces
