[SET COMMENTS]

• Autotomize Vanilluxe is the fastest Ice-type sweeper you can find for a Hail team, while maintaining a great deal of power (let's just say Articuno is weak, ok?). After one boost Vanilluxe reaches 514 Speed, which only a few Pokémon in the tier can possibly beat.
• Vanilluxe should only be used on a hail team, so Blizzard is its STAB move of choice.
• Hidden Power Ground covers the most threats that resists Blizzard, which includes Fire-types, Lanturn, Magneton, and Qwilfish.
• Substitute gives Vanilluxe plenty of setup opportunities against Pokemon which uses status moves etc., while protecting it from damage in general. A great tool for Vanilluxe to use, as its barren movepool gives it barely any options.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

• Hidden Power Fighting will OHKO Rotom-F after Stealth Rock, who is otherwise 2HKOed by Blizzard after Stealth Rock and is immune to Hidden Power Ground. Will also hit Piloswine, Cryogonal, Thick Fat Miltank, and Walrein harder than Blizzard. Loses the ability to hit Fire-types super effectively (Blizzard still hits Moltres), as well as Lanturn and Qwilfish. Hidden Power Rock gives Vanilluxe super effective coverage against Fire-types, while still hitting Rotom-F, Cryogonal, and other Ice-types for super effective damage as well; won't hit Piloswine for super effective damage though.
• Flash Cannon gives Vanilluxe an option for hitting Piloswine (a clean 2HKO), Cryogonal, and other Ice-types, except for Walrein, for super effective damage if using Hidden Power Ground; will not outdamage Blizzard against Rotom-F. To be used over Substitute, but Substitute is usually better, and will give Vanilluxe a much more useful protection from status and ease of setting up.
• Timid nature can be used to beat +2 Modest Lilligant and Timid Choice Scarf Galvantula after one boost, as well as Adamant Gallade and Kabutops unboosted, but is usually unecessary and Vanilluxe will appreciate the extra power a Modest nature provides much more.
• Petaya Berry is a good option over Life Orb. Works great with Substitute and Ice Body, giving it more longevity while maintaining the power.
• Leftovers can be used if you want Vanilluxe to stay around for a bit longer, but the power Life Orb brings to the table is to good to pass up. Vanilluxe is a late-game sweeper and isn't meant to stay for long on the field, and Substitute is often an one-time use.
• Rapid Spin support. Cryogonal because of hail. Kabutops works.
• Poliwrath, Uxie, Miltank, Escavalier, Spiritomb are all great partners due to their typing and abilities, etc.
• Entry hazards help. Miltank can set up Stealth Rock. So can Uxie. Qwilfish is a good candidate for Spikes.

This is something that was ok with DC. Makes it so that I can finish up the rest of the analysis with just the SubProtect set without this holding it back.

I just played about 20 battles with this thing in place of Glaceon on my hail team, and I was able to set up with it a grand total of 1 time, and that was on an Amoonguss that I forced out, and it didn't even complete a sweep on the rest of the team. Most of the time I just used it to revenge kill Nidoqueen or set up a Sub on a weakened Life Orb mon like Absol.

The fact is that it is way too frail to actually get a Sub up and keep it up, and then use Autotomize. Most of the time it only has the time to do one or the other.

Finally, having only HP Ground as a coverage move is complete and utter ass. It's so weak and doesn't even come close to KOing the mons that it needs to (Entei, Emboar, Magmortar, Klinklang all dgaf). AND, Vanilluxe can do absolutely nothing to Slowking and other bulky Water-types like Lanturn.

Too weak, too slow, not enough coverage. Bad set imo.

This set isn't bad at all. While Vanilluxe's terrible coverage certainly sucks, it's still a very viable sweeper because it's somewhat difficult to revenge kill between its decent bulk, blistering speed after Autotomize, neutrality to the most common priority attacks (Aqua Jet and Extremespeed), and the fact that it basically only takes 4% from every attack it uses due to Ice Body. It's not amazing by any means, but it's a decent set and it's something that Vanilluxe can do that separates it from the other Blizzspammers, so this set deserves an analysis.
