I think a big factor of this Tourney is the fact that we cannot change teams once we start, which can really end up being a factor in games, like where if I had gone with a faster spread on Latias, I would have won no issues, but because I went bulky from the beggining, I lost in a bad way.

Thoughts Nova?

The problem with letting players change their teams is that I would have to have everyone PM me their team to check its validity before every round which would slow down the tournament a lot. For your example with the Latias, that's a sort of deal where you have it set coming into the battle to have decided to go with a slower Latias. If there was a mistake when you first submitted your team like missing EVs or a possibly incorrect nature I would have PM'ed you regarding it but your situation was more of a hindsight sort of thing where you could have won with a different set.

lavos, that's easy to do for this theme but in the future the restrictions will be like Stall teams where there are EV restrictions and such, similar to the parameter for the Defense of the Titan Project. I would have to check those teams as it's difficult to "eyeball" if their EVs are fitting the parameter and I wanted to keep the rules consistent for each tournament.
