If I connect to a White Version's Entralink with Black Version, how do I access that game's White Forest in order to talk to people and increase the number of people in my Black City? Do I need to have beaten the Elite Four in White so that I have access to White Forest in that game?

According to bulbapedia, you can invite trainers even if the player from the game has not reached the location yet.

How exactly do I invite them though? I visited the White Version's Entralink in Black Version and never saw anything to do with White Forest.

Whenever I try to do a random wifi match on my White 2 it says that I turned the game off in the middle of a match and that I have to wait an hour. I've tried waiting, even just leaving the game run by itself for a while and I still can't do it. I recently switched from a DS Lite to a DSi, which I think might related because I never had this problem on my Lite and have not been able to successful do a random match on my DSi. I renewed my wifi data on my 3ds, and can do other wifi stuff like the battle subway. Does anyone know what the problem is?

1) I wanted to RNG a Wobbuffet with Tickle but now I learned its impossible to get as well as a Chansey with Wish, is there other worth pokémon in the same category?
2) May someone trade me a male pokémon in the Dragonite line with extreme speed? I dont care about IVs or nature just need him for breeding.

Basically any PCNY or PCJP event is in the same boat. Complete generation unknown, time machine required.

I read they were made in a special RS cart with a sort of debug mode to generate the pokémon, but I'm not sure how accurate that info is.

Usually until the server restarts, some cases are shorter though. If you feel you were banned unjustly you can post an appeal in this subforum http://www.smogon.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=126
