Visitor Message Email Notification

I was wondering why if someone posts a visitor message on your profile that there's no option of sending a email that says you got a visitor message like when you get a personal message. It would be nice to receive a email notification instead of constantly checking the site to see if your opponent has posted a VM on your profile.
