CAP 4 Pre-evos - Part 8.2.1 - Argalis Dex Entry Poll

Even more dex entries. Fun. This is the thread for Argalis. Cupra's dex poll can be found here. As with Cupra, I just went with slating everything that followed the rules that was marked as a final submission. Nothing complicated here.

This will be a Multipe Bold Vote. This means that you can vote for as many entries as you want to in no particular order.
